Magenta Coaching Solutions is a training and coaching company specialising in the delivery of personal, professional and business development services. Robert Williams

Having trained with large international accountancy firms, qualifying in 1990, and latterly heading BDO Stoy Hayward Liverpool Office Corporate Finance department, he set up Williams & Co, Chartered Accountants 2000. Furthermore in addition to having a first degree in economics (top student of the year) he possesses a Masters of Business Administration (MBA-with distinction) degree.

His experience of corporate finance transactions is substantial being acquired over many years and with involvement in many deals, across Europe, USA & Australia besides the UK. He is also an Expert Witness in valuing companies, shares and partnerships & is recognised by the courts as such. This, often involve dealing with valuations for matrimonial disputes, partnership disputes, unfairly prejudicial claims, negotiations with the Inland Revenue and general litigation proceedings.

Robert was one of the first corporate professionals in the country to be awarded the Advanced Diploma in Corporate Finance.

Sirka Moore

Sirka Moore is the founder and director of BDC Moore Ltd, a Lancashire-based consultancy supporting business owners reaching their global export growth potential by bridging language and cultural gaps. Born in Germany, Sirka has worked and lived in France before moving to the UK, which means she fully understands the differences in culture and languages. She has worked predominantly in manufacturing and engineering companies in international business development and increased the companies’ turnover and international market presence significantly.

From an early age Sirka had a passion for foreign languages and cultures as well as engineering. The impact she has made, thanks to her understanding in foreign languages and cultures, in companies she worked for created the immense desire to connect businesses from different countries and to support more Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) not just in the UK but also internationally. Allowing her not just to support one company but many companies, all at different stages of their International Trade journey, was only possible through creating her own business. Sirka is fluent in German, French and English and has good working knowledge in Spanish.

I have been successful in doing this, in my own and other people’s businesses, by applying my deep knowledge of sales and sales strategy and understanding the behavioural elements of successful salespeople and the teams they work in. 

The skills and behaviors to which I refer transcend industry type, are repeatable and scalable and with minimal effort deliver maximum results. 

Rather than simply changing the way people sell or giving them a growth strategy, I facilitate a seismic change in the way they think about sales strategy and execution.

I work with very few companies at one time as I value my own time extremely highly.  Our work will be extremely efficient, much of what we do will have an immediate impact and almost all of it can be done by anyone and from anywhere.

My focus is on getting you exponential results.  I don’t ask for big contracts or long commitments and I definitely don’t exchange time for money (no whacking great hourly rates here!).
